We have made a lot of delicious cannabis infused goodies over the years. Things like our infused energy balls, chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, peanut butter chocolate bars or rice krispie treats. As much as we love our baked goods, sometimes we like to infuse our every day meals! Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or your favorite midday snack, there are easy ways to incorporate cannabis into your nutrition.
With that in mind, we whipped up a batch of cannabis infused roasted vegetables. Now, these may not sound as exciting as cookies or brownies, but you can’t eat baked goods all day every day. Well, you can, but we wouldn’t advise it!
If you are someone who has food sensitivities, digestive issues, or are just mindful of what you eat, infusing your regular meals is a great way to benefit from the healing properties of cannabis without indulging in sugary treats. This recipe uses a cannabis infused coconut oil, but you can just as easily use a tincture or cannabutter in any of your recipes!
Consider making a bowl out of your infused veggies, with baked tofu, massaged kale, brown rice and hummus. Mix it all together and enjoy!
